We heard from the insurance company about the settlement for the car. We’ll be getting a payout from them, more than I expected but certainly not enough to get a new car. We’ve been looking around at a comparable used car to what we lost.
Part of the problem is needing enough space to travel with the dogs. We’ve got three of them, and crates for them take up most of the storage space when we travel. That doesn’t leave a lot of room for our luggage or anything else we might need to take with us.
Not sure what we’ll get just yet. We’re looking and trusting that the right car will show up at the right time.
