Well, it turned out the ziplining tour was washed out. Not quite literally, but close. The rains moved in and were supposed to stop before noon. Also, it got cold out. Got a call from the zipline facility and they said things looked really nasty out by them, with no signs of letting up. Ultimately, I made an executive decision and postponed our ziplining and rescheduled it for a later date. Hopefully one that won’t be so wet. And cold.
Now, as for the radio silence next week – I’ll be traveling, I won’t have a computer with me (writing missives and posting them from my phone would be problematic) and sporadic access to the ‘net. Given all that, it is most likely that I won’t have any new posts for you. Side note – I’m hoping to get some reading done since I won’t be distracted by the Internet. I may even get some writing done.
But, I may try something. If I can get the tech to work, I may be able to schedule a few posts ahead of time. Nothing much, just pointing out a few of my favorite things. We’ll see how it goes.
Anyway, my Hordeling, I’ll be back at it on June 1 at the latest. I hope you’re having a great holiday weekend (if you’re celebrating Memorial Day) or just a great weekend if you’re not.
