Short and sweet again tonight, my Hordeling.
I’ve polished up my story that I wrote for this year’s Holly’s Writing Classes anthology. I sent it out to beta readers and so far most have liked the story. I’ve not heard from one reader so I’m not able to claim 100% agreement that it is a good story yet, but so far most have liked it. The beta readers even found some typos and one spot that was confusing for them. I’ve taken their feedback and incorporated it into my story, fixing the typos and whatnot. I’ve got it ready to go other than needing a title for the story. Once I hear back from the last beta reader I’ll make any final changes then send it to the editor.
I’m going back and reading all the Blog Hop entries of the space opera tale. The problem with doing a part of an ongoing story every three months is its easy to lose track of what you did before. The Blog Hop is coming up in a few weeks and I need to get my story ready for it. I don’t know if this will be the last part of the tale or if there might be one more episode. We’ll see.
