Happy Labor Day, my Hordeling!
This is the day here in The States that we celebrate the contributions of the common working man to commerce and industry. Government offices, the Post Office and banks are all closed today. Most employees get the day off from work. Oddly enough, retail establishments and restaurants are usually open so the people working there don’t get to join in the celebration.
The wife ended up helping support the world economy and forcing those laborers to keep laboring by going shopping.
Myself, I would have preferred taking a nap.
I hope you had an excellent day, my Hordeling.
